Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you used it.

To start a return , you can contact us at Luxebyjayne@btinternet.com. If your return is accepted , we’ll send you a return shipping label , as well as instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without first requesting it will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged , broken or you received the incorrect item so we can make it right for you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it can take several days for your card issuer to process the refund
